Arlin was born in Albania and spent the first few years. When he turned six, he settled in Brooklyn, New York, and began adapting to the vibrant American culture. Growing up in Brooklyn offered him a diverse and enriching environment, helping to shape his worldview and open his mind to new opportunities.
As he grew older, Arlin pursued his education with determination. He attended local schools in Brooklyn and developed a fascination with the human mind and behavior, eventually leading him to study Psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Arlin was passionate about understanding people's motivations and thought processes, which was a foundation for his future endeavors.
In February of 2022, Arlin significantly shifted his career path. He decided to explore the business world, intrigued by its potential to make a difference in people's lives. The business environment provided a unique platform for him to combine his love for psychology, his passion for helping others, and his desire to make a positive impact.
It was during this time that Arlin discovered his true calling – mentorship. Recognizing the immense value of mentorship in personal and professional development, Arlin embraced the mentor role wholeheartedly. Arlin's guiding philosophy in life and mentorship is encapsulated in his powerful advice, "Make the uncomfortable comfortable." He firmly believes that actual growth occurs when individuals step out of their comfort zones, face challenges head-on, and embrace change with an open mind. By helping others find comfort in discomfort, he empowers them to overcome obstacles and reach new heights in their personal and professional lives.
